The key to motivation is being able to do difficult or boring things easily. Most of us don't need much persuading to open gifts .
We tend to move away or towards events.Those that strongly move towards may not get to those necessary but unpleasant task ,while those that strongly move away may procrastinate until negative feeling intensify.
